FreshBoba is a local boba shop in Houston that serves delicious drinks to many customers. My team and I thought that FreshBoba would greatly benefit from having an app to streamline the customer experience and promote the store even further. However, we have noticed that existing mobile boba apps are poorly designed and do not appeal to their users. Thus, we began designing FreshBoba's potential mobile app that would increase the customer base for the store and improve the ordering experience of the customer and the design of existing mobile boba ordering apps.

For this project, I had a hand in every step of the designing/development process, from competitive analysis to wireframing to the high/low fidelities to prototyping. This was my first time going through the entire UX process, and I am glad to say that I have learned a lot.
